Master Cleanse

So weird. So it’s been almost a year to the day since my last post. Well, here we are again. The more things change, the more they stay the same. Last year, I was living in my in-laws house, posting from their basement, jobless, in a great marriage, no children. Today, a year later, no job again – that does suck. However, I am in my own home, TWO lovely children (fraternal boy/girl twins), same awesome wife.

Okay, so in the last year, I haven’t really kept up the best diet. I’m not the worst eater, but, maybe a cleanse such as this will be an interesting way to pass the time I spend at home with the twins while looking for work. I need a challenge, and, from what I’ve read, this is as good as any you can do to yourself with out leaving home.

So here I am. I will attempt to do this cleanse over the next 10 days and document that experience here. I’ll start with a daily weigh in, to see if an ancillary benefit from this is some weight loss.

So, a few questions, now that the season-ending episode has had time to marinate:

1. What happened to Rose and Bernard? Did they choose to stay on the island?

2. Does anyone have any thoughts if Jin is dead or not? If he is not dead, which I think is possible, how would he have time to get back to the island? It seems that there wasn’t much time between the bomb exploding and the island disappearing.

3. Jack says that Locke told him that things go terribly wrong and badly on the island. What could happen? Does Widmore find the island? Is the island upset with Locke because he did not convince Jack and the others to stay? Does Locke turn out to be a poor leader? Do Miles and C.S. Lewis uncover secrets that disrupt the island’s harmony?

4. Will Sawyer and Juliet integrate with the Others or will they somehow remain there by themselves?
